These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the cp999 online gaming platform, including all associated web pages, services, features, content and applications accessible through the domain https://cp999.cam (collectively, the "Platform"). Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and such other information as the Platform may request from time to time. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. cp999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify cp999 immediately at [email protected].

cp999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual Account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in Account restrictions or closure.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, cp999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any resale, sublicensing, commercial exploitation or systematic extraction of Platform data or Content.

The Platform and all associated software are provided "as is". While cp999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for service outages, maintenance periods or disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

You acknowledge and agree that: (a) all bets and wagers placed through the Platform are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except at cp999's sole discretion; (b) the odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to your bet being confirmed; and (c) technical errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds or game malfunctions, do not create enforceable obligations on cp999, and cp999 reserves the right to void affected bets.

All financial transactions on the Platform must be conducted using payment methods approved and listed within your Account management area. Payment method references on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for informational context only and do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or implied support for gambling by any of those payment providers.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance subject to verification processing times which may vary depending on payment method and compliance requirements. cp999 does not accept deposits from third-party sources; funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) full KYC verification must be completed; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus funds must be met before withdrawal of associated winnings; (c) withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published in your Account area; (d) cp999 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal.

• Bonuses are credited to the User's Account for personal use only and may not be transferred.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, recovery of losses incurred by cp999 and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, interface design, logos, game assets, software code, odds data and multimedia material, is owned by or licensed to cp999 and is protected by applicable Intellectual Property Rights. The cp999 brand name and logo are proprietary marks of the Platform operator.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform Content for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written authorisation from cp999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cp999 and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

cp999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cp999 does not guarantee the accuracy of odds, statistics, game outcomes or any other data displayed on the Platform. Gambling inherently involves financial risk. cp999 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through use of the Platform. You acknowledge that you participate in gaming activities entirely at your own risk.

Upon Account closure, any funds held in a verified Account balance (excluding Bonus funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will ordinarily be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to verification and applicable legal requirements. cp999 is not obligated to return funds where their forfeiture is the consequence of a breach of these Terms.
